About This Role
Social media has become a critical channel for how people experience and talk about SaaS products. At Vanta, we're building a Trust Management Platform used by 15,000+ companies, and social is where we show up fast, sharp, and human. We're looking for someone who can move as quickly as the internet does and help us win where it matters most.
The Communications team owns how Vanta shows up publicly across social, content, media brand, and thought leadership. We're a high-output team that prizes both taste and speed, and we're building a social presence that reflects what Vanta actually is: smart, helpful, and a little fun.
Responsibilities
- Drive daily momentum and growth across primary and emerging social channels, especially X and YouTube
- Scale video content output across TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram
- Own community engagement and inbox responsiveness
- Contribute to on-site video capture and employee amplification
- Assist with social copywriting while maintaining Vanta's distinct voice
- Show up consistently in real time across channels
