Swiss modular furniture brand selling premium metal furniture systems through an online configurator in Germany and Switzerland. Customers design their own sideboards, shelves, desks and lowboards by choosing size, color and layout.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager who will take full ownership of our social media presence with one clear goal: grow our channels and build a community around modern interior design and modular furniture.

Content & Channel Growth

• Develop and execute a content strategy for Instagram and if possible TikTok and Pinterest
• Create, schedule and publish content with storytelling around provided images
• Grow follower base and engagement rate with a clear monthly growth plan
• Analyze performance weekly and adjust strategy based on data

Influencer & Cooperation Management

• Research and identify interior design influencers, architects, interior stylists and home decor creators in the DACH region
• Reach out to influencers, negotiate cooperations and manage the full process from first contact to content delivery
• Organize product placements, unboxings, room makeovers and other collaboration formats

Community & Brand

• Engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs
• Monitor trends in the interior design and furniture space
• Bring ideas for campaigns and content series that drive engagement
