The Role
We're looking for a Social Media Manager to help shape and grow the Krak brand on social, defining how it shows up, sounds, and connects with a new generation of users across X, TikTok, and Instagram. This role sits at the intersection of brand, product marketing, and culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and day-to-day execution of Krak's social channels across X, TikTok, and Instagram, with an eye toward expanding to YouTube and emerging platforms over time
- Work closely with the Krak Product Marketing Manager to help define and evolve the brand voice, establishing how Krak sounds and shows up across social
- Brief, direct, and collaborate with the Krak on-camera creator and brand design team to produce high-frequency, high-impact content across formats, from concept through publish
- Contribute to go-to-market strategies for product launches
- Turn features like cashback, global transfers, and yield into stories people actually want to engage with
