About the Role
You are interested in social networks, advertising, and online communication? Apply for a training position as a management assistant for marketing communication (m/f/d) at OnlineDialog. With us, you will work on challenging communication projects for national and international brands from a wide variety of industries and take on diverse tasks in an innovative and rapidly growing market.

Einstiegsqualifikation (EQ)
Don't want to wait until summer 2026 to get started? Then take the opportunity to join us now as part of an introductory qualification (EQ). The EQ is a subsidized company internship by the Federal Employment Agency that allows you to gain initial practical experience in your future training profession – with the clear goal of starting your training with us in summer 2026. You will be actively involved in everyday work, get to know the team and the tasks, and already receive remuneration during the EQ.
Location
In Düsseldorf, you will work on the incomparable creative area Schwanenhöfe in the Flingern district. Our small paradise is only a 5-minute walk from the subway station 'Kettwiger Straße' and thus perfectly connected to all parts of Düsseldorf. The main station is also only two subway stations away.
