Shopify E-Commerce Manager/in - International & B2B (m/w/d)

About the Role

You are responsible for our Shopify shop, both strategically and operationally. From product management to theme selection, from app integration to conversion optimization. You will lead our Shopify Plus migration, expand international markets, and build the foundation for our B2B store—our biggest growth lever for the coming years.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage our Shopify shop strategically and operationally, from product listings to theme design, app selection to conversion rates
• Lead the Shopify Plus migration to ensure a smooth, performant, and scalable transition
• Develop international expansion through Shopify Markets, managing languages, currencies, domains, and tax compliance for new markets
• Establish the foundation for our B2B store with processes that scale without constant oversight
• Drive shop strategy for new product categories in collaboration with marketing and product development
• Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests with data-driven insights and actionable conclusions

Expected Impact After 12 Months

• Shopify Plus migration completed cleanly, performant, and scalable
• Multiple new international markets live and generating revenue
• B2B store operational with initial business customers and scalable processes
• Measurable increase in conversion rates through systematic testing and optimization
• Established as the go-to expert for all shop-related decisions in the organization

Required Qualifications

• AI is your daily tool—you've built small tools, scripts, or workflows with it
• Multiple years of Shopify experience managing significant revenue
• Deep system knowledge: product setup, themes, apps, workflows, and knowing which agencies to engage for specialized tasks
• Shopify Plus experience, ideally having led or participated in a migration
• Proficiency reading and understanding Liquid code
• Strong SEO/GEO knowledge: on-page optimization, structured data, technical shop SEO
• Data-driven mindset—derive concrete actions from reports rather than just presenting charts
• Self-directed work style and ownership mentality
