SEO Specialist

Key responsibilities and your contribution

• Developing SEO strategies for cross-brand websites targeting
• Launching and reviewing websites: preparing technical requirements for developers and conducting technical audits of launched sites
• Managing website content: semantic core collection, keyword clustering, text analysis of competitors’ articles, preparing briefs for copywriters, generating texts with AI, and reviewing completed content
• Off-page optimization: auditing the backlink profile of the site and its competitors, preparing anchor lists, and purchasing links
• Searching for and selecting drop domains, participating in auctions and purchasing them, restoring domains, placing links, and sourcing new domains
• Monitoring search results and reacting quickly to changes
• Analyzing competitor strategies and identifying growth opportunities for promoted websites
• Monitoring and analytics, including conversion-focused work
• Testing hypotheses: running A/B tests, analyzing results, and adjusting approaches accordingly

Your qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience
• Proven experience in betting / iGaming / gambling, or other gray-area, highly competitive niches targeting the CIS market, with a solid understanding of the restrictions and specifics involved
• Ability to conduct competitor analysis and develop SEO strategies
• Strong expertise in technical SEO, content strategy, and link building
• Proficiency with the following tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog, Jira
• Working knowledge of CSS/HTML required for SEO tasks
• Ability to independently source and purchase drop domains
• Experience collaborating with developers and copywriters
• Self-sufficiency, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to grow and test hypotheses

Nice to have

• Experience with behavioral factor manipulation is a strong plus
