The Role

This is a Senior Workforce Management Analyst position on a 9-month fixed-term contract. You'll report to the WFM Service Manager and be instrumental in using data-driven insights to staff our customer operations and service teams.

You will be crucial in predicting resource needs, proactively identifying risks, and optimizing workforce allocation.
