Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Relationship Manager to join our VIP team in Latin America (LATAM), and serve as the primary point of contact, to further enhance customer experience, foster client loyalty, and drive business success in the region.

Responsibilities

• Perform client acquisition and strong relationship management with a portfolio of global VIP clients across LATAM markets
• Build rapport, including enhancing and expanding relationships with existing clients via frequent and sustained communication
• Building key customer service processes and systems, formulating management rules, and tracking the status of key customers
• Analyze the clients' behavior, identify their unspoken needs, prepare key customer analysis reports
• Liaise with various stakeholders from different departments to provide optimal excellent service solutions and experience
• Develop and maintain relationships with local partners, communities, and influencers in the LATAM crypto ecosystem
