Senior UX Researcher (Kyiv/Warsaw/remote)

We’re looking for a Senior UX Researcher who combines analytical thinking with deep curiosity about human behavior — someone excited not only by discovering insights, but by turning them into better products and smarter decisions.

This role is for someone who challenges assumptions, thrives in ambiguity, embraces experimentation, and sees AI as a powerful research partner rather than a buzzword. You’ll work closely with Product, Design, Analytics, Marketing, Brand, and PR teams to shape experiences people genuinely love.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end research that drives decisions — Own the full research cycle, from identifying opportunities and defining the right questions to conducting studies, synthesizing findings, and influencing product strategy.
• Combine methods, signals, and perspectives — Triangulation is a core principle. You’ll work across in-depth interviews, usability testing, concept validation, JTBD research, surveys, behavioral analysis, experiments, and AI-assisted research workflows.
• Help us build an AI-native research practice — We actively explore how AI can augment research quality, depth, speed, and creativity. This includes AI interview agents, automated synthesis workflows, insight clustering, behavioral pattern detection, and AI-assisted hypothesis generation.
• Turn insights into product improvements — You’ll actively participate in generating product improvement ideas, identifying opportunity spaces, shaping product hypotheses, and validating concepts.
• Facilitate collaborative thinking — You’ll contribute to discovery sessions, hypothesis workshops, cross-functional ideation sessions, and research readouts that inspire action.
• Partner beyond Product — Collaborate not only with Product and Design, but also with Marketing, Brand, and PR teams to better understand audience perception, communication effectiveness, emotional resonance, and customer motivations.

Your background probably includes

• 3+ years in UX Research, Product Research, Behavioral Research, or related fields
• Strong qualitative research skills
• Experience working with quantitative signals and analytics
• English level: C1+
• Background in Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Anthropology, HCI, Behavioral Science, or related disciplines is a plus

Important

Given the requirement for frequent user interaction, the core working hours for this role will be 15:00 to 23:00 (Kyiv time), 2 days per week.
