    • Ensure user experiences and data visualizations follow inclusive design and accessibility principles, including relevant WCAG guidelines.
    • Present research findings and design artifacts, including personas, journey maps, insight summaries, and prototypes, to technical teams and leadership.
    • Partner cross-functionally to ensure educator insights are incorporated into product decisions and ultimately translated into practical, production-ready experiences.
    • Requirements:

      • 7+ years of professional experience in UX research, interface design, digital analytics architecture, or a closely related discipline.
      • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, Computer Science, or another relevant behavioral or technology-focused field.
      • Strong expertise with modern UI wireframing and prototyping tools, particularly Figma or comparable platforms.
      • Demonstrated ability to combine rigorous user research with hands-on interface and visual design capabilities.
      • Experience communicating research findings and design concepts to technical development teams, product stakeholders, and senior leadership.
      • Prior experience as a K-12 teacher, instructional coach, or school-level educator is highly valued, providing firsthand understanding of classroom workflows and educator constraints.
      • Strong understanding of K-12 assessment, standards-based grading, formative assessment, student data, and education technology implementations is preferred.
      • Working knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3, with the ability to read, interpret, and write front-end code to facilitate effective collaboration and developer handoffs.
      • Experience using AI-powered productivity and research tools to generate research scripts, synthesize large datasets, accelerate analysis, or develop rapid prototypes.
      • Familiarity with accessibility and privacy requirements relevant to K-12 digital products, including WCAG and FERPA.
      • Strong analytical, communication, presentation, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex research into clear product recommendations.
      • Strong user advocacy, visual design judgment, attention to detail, and an ability to balance research insights with practical technical constraints.
      • Benefits:

        • Opportunity to work remotely within the United States.
        • Meaningful opportunity to influence digital learning experiences used by educators and students.
        • Work at the intersection of UX research, product design, data visualization, AI-enabled workflows, and EdTech.
        • Collaborative environment focused on simplifying complex educational experiences and creating accessible solutions.
        • Opportunity to work closely with product, engineering, and education-focused stakeholders.
        • Inclusive culture that values diverse backgrounds, perspectives, ideas, and experiences.
