About the Role
As a Senior Technical Support Engineer, you will manage, track, diagnose, and troubleshoot customer issues while identifying root causes. You will provide bilingual support in Spanish and English.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, track, diagnose, and troubleshoot customer technical issues
- Identify root causes and resolve problems
- Train, educate, and provide guidance to support team members and other employees
- Identify and alert stakeholders on larger issues and trends
- Assess the magnitude and scope of issues before escalation
- Escalate complex issues to Technical Lead/Engineering as appropriate
- Provide support in both Spanish and English
