Senior Technical Recruiter

About the Role

Skydio is seeking a proven Senior Technical Recruiter to help propel growth via hands-on recruitment of elite engineering and operations talent. You'll own end-to-end hiring for one or more core engineering functions: Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, and Hardware Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate as the go-to recruiting expert and trusted advisor for hiring leaders and interview teams within your functions
• Relentlessly seek top talent, curate high-quality pipelines, and craft compelling candidate experiences
• Secure exceptional hires across niche and highly competitive talent markets
• Scale industry-defining startup teams across one or more engineering functions
• Flex across functions as hiring needs evolve

Work Location

Hybrid role based out of headquarters in San Mateo, CA and manufacturing facility in Hayward, CA. Office required 3 days per week.
