Skydio is seeking a proven Senior Technical Recruiter to help propel the Hardware Operations organization via relentless, hands-on recruitment of elite talent spanning Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain/Logistics, Production, and more. While Hardware Operations will be your primary focus, you'll also contribute across other areas within R&D, such as Flight Test and Hardware Engineering, as needed.
How You'll Make an Impact
As the primary Talent Acquisition Partner for the Hardware Operations organization, you'll own end-to-end recruitment for multiple teams, hiring managers, and executives, operating as the go-to recruiting expert and trusted advisor for hiring leaders and interview teams within your function.
Work Location
This role requires 3 days per week in office at Skydio's headquarters in San Mateo, CA and manufacturing facility in Hayward, California as needed.
