This contract recruiter (Duration: approx 6 months) will help grow Mozilla’s global recruiting effort for various Mozilla products. You are joining a team and company at a time of growth and transformation. What you’ll do
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Be a strategic advisor to hiring managers, providing insight and direction to ensure we are being proactive and creative in how we attract a diverse pool of qualified applicants.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using a variety of channels, including HireEz, LinkedIn, applications and referrals.
- Conduct detailed screenings to assess technical skills, culture add, and potential for success within Mozilla Corporation.
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Foster the growth of a diverse pool of candidates to attract a variety of skilled professionals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams like compensation, PBPs, legal, and finance.
- Use data and analytics to make informed decisions and improve recruitment strategies.
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years of proven experience as a full-cycle technical recruiter in the technical industry.
- Proficiency in sourcing techniques and tools.
- Ability to assess technical skills and evaluate candidates.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred).
- Proficiency in using data and analytics to optimize recruitment strategies.
