The Role
As Subscription Manager, you take full responsibility for the subscription business – one of the most revenue-generating and strategically important areas. You develop and refine the subscription strategy and roadmap, own key KPIs such as Retention, LTV, and MRR, and optimize the entire subscriber journey to ensure sustainable and profitable growth.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategic responsibility for the subscription business and develop the medium and long-term subscription roadmap
- Optimize the entire subscriber journey – from onboarding through retention to win-back and loyalty – to increase engagement, customer loyalty, MRR, and subscriber profitability
- Own central subscription KPIs including Retention, LTV, and MRR, ensuring their sustainable development
- Ensure implementation of cross-functional subscription initiatives and manage strategic alignment with stakeholders, management, and C-level
- Develop and optimize automated and personalized subscriber flows (email, SMS) together with the CRM team
- Design and analyze A/B tests for pricing, offers, and incentives, deriving concrete optimizations for acquisition funnel and subscription conversion rate
- Improve self-service subscription management experience through building a subscription portal and/or app
- Monitor and analyze subscription KPIs (AOV, LTV, Churn, Cohorts) and derive data-driven decisions and roadmap priorities
Work Arrangement
40 hours per week, hybrid or fully remote position
