About the Team
The Product Design team defines, creates, and delivers all user-facing aspects of Stripe's brand and product. Product Designers are strategic partners to Engineering and Product Management within their product area. In close collaboration with product teams, they shape user experiences, then translate them into high-quality designs that can be tested, shipped, and refined.
The Agentic Commerce team has assembled a dedicated group to explore and build the tools, products, and capabilities to accelerate the pace of change in agentic commerce. The team has already developed the Agentic Commerce Protocol alongside OpenAI, introduced Shared Payment Tokens, and launched an Agentic Commerce Suite for businesses to sell across multiple AI interfaces.
What You'll Do
You'll lead design for Agentic Commerce, working alongside Product Managers and Engineers to shape strategy and build transformative products for merchants, agents, and consumers.
- Explore, shape, and communicate a compelling product vision alongside product and engineering teammates
- Design and iterate on ambiguous product experiences for merchants, agents, and consumers
- Reimagine the consumer checkout experience with agentic commerce capabilities in mind
- Explore how capabilities can be embedded across conversational LLMs, merchant apps, and Stripe's Link product
- Build tools necessary for merchants of all sizes to integrate and manage their products across multiple surfaces
- Work directly with senior leadership to communicate progress and evolve strategy
- Lead across the team for designing intelligent AI-driven workflows
You'll hold an incredibly high bar for craft and quality while working on products that have the potential to be generationally impactful.
