About the role

What You'll Do

  • Strategic Partnership: Act as a talent consultant to the C-suite and senior leadership, aligning executive and speciality hiring with long-term business objectives and organizational design.
  • Full-Cycle Execution: Lead end-to-end executive searches across all global functions—from initial research and sourcing to complex offer negotiations and closing. You will partner with our Executive Sourcer and will own your own pipelines.
  • Pipeline Innovation: Build and execute data-driven sourcing strategies that prioritize a global network of high-caliber talent.
  • Executive Compensation: Partner with Finance and Total Rewards to design and negotiate sophisticated compensation packages, including equity structures and performance incentives.
  • Intelligence & Analytics: Provide market mapping, competitive intelligence, and real-time pipeline health reports to inform leadership decision-making.
  • Operational Excellence: Standardize and optimize the executive hiring journey, ensuring the best candidate and hiring manager experience.

  • Closing Mastery: Expert at navigating high-stakes negotiations involving complex compensation, equity structures, and 'buy-out' scenarios.
