AlphaSense has spent more than a decade helping professionals find, trust, and synthesize market intelligence. Mobile is a critical part of that future because the moments that matter do not only happen when customers are sitting at a desktop.

Android is an important surface for that future because continuous, decision-ready workflows need to feel fast, secure, and reliable across phones, foldables, and managed enterprise environments.

As a Senior Staff Android Engineer, you will set technical direction for Android and the mobile-facing systems that shape product quality across customer workflows. You will work from deep Android expertise while influencing the architecture, standards, and system contracts that help teams build reliable native experiences across initiatives.

This is a hands-on Senior Staff role with significant architectural ownership, multi-team leverage, and long-term product impact. You will help teams move faster while preserving the quality, reliability, and trust that enterprise mobile experiences require, including by shaping how AI-enabled development changes mobile engineering.

What You'll Do:

• Set Android-rooted mobile-system direction: Define the technical direction for Android and the mobile-facing systems that make AlphaSense experiences fast, reliable, secure, and easier to evolve across teams.
• Lead through hands-on Android system design: Turn complex mobile-system problems into durable production architecture grounded in deep Android expertise.
• Scale reliability and execution practices: Shape how mobile work is designed, reviewed, tested, shipped, and operated across initiatives, including the automation, observability, rollout practices
