What you will do

• Develop sourcing strategies for complex custom batteries in next gen wearables (lithium ion, solid state, thin film), balancing safety, quality, cost, lead times, and supplier capabilities
• Serve as commercial owner for battery technology, aligning cell selection, pack architecture, and requirements
• Own end-to-end supplier and commodity strategy for battery category
• Partner closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Contract Manufacturers to deliver resilient, cost-optimized battery supply base
• Make primary commercial decisions for battery cost, capacity, and supply continuity across new product introductions and sustaining products
