HubSpot is looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to join our Latin America PreSales team supporting Brazil, based in Colombia. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role that sits at the intersection of sales strategy, technical consulting, and business transformation.
As a Senior SE, you are the trusted technical and business advisor for prospects and customers across Brazil and LatAm. You own complex pre-sales engagements end-to-end—partnering closely with Account Executives to secure the technical win, while elevating deal quality and the customer experience at every stage.

What You'll Do
Own the Technical Win
- Act as the primary technical owner across complex, multi-phase sales cycles—coordinating SEs, partners, security, and product stakeholders as needed.
- Partner closely with Account Executives to drive deal strategy, anticipate risk, and accelerate progression from discovery through close.
- Lead technical discovery, integration design, data migration strategy, and solution feasibility discussions with confidence and precision.
Deliver Compelling Customer Experiences
- Conduct deep consultative discovery to uncover business challenges, processes, and desired outcomes.
- Translate discovery insights into clear, value-oriented solution narratives that speak to each customer's goals—not just features.
- Design and deliver tailored demos, workshops, and proofs of value that connect HubSpot capabilities to real business outcomes.
Be a Strategic Partner
- Navigate ambiguous, multi-stakeholder environments by bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to every deal.
- Proactively manage and prioritize your opportunity pipeline with operational rigor and strong internal alignment.
- Serve as the voice of the prospect—surfacing structured feedback to Product, Enablement, and regional leadership to sharpen positioning and roadmap.
Elevate the Team
- Coach Account Executives on HubSpot functionality and value-based positioning.
- Mentor junior SEs and contribute to team knowledge-sharing, deal quality, and regional SE initiatives.
- Collaborate with SEs across AMER and global teams on initiatives that raise execution consistency and customer impact.

Requirements
Experience
- 4+ years of professional experience in Presales, sales, customer onboarding or consulting roles, with at least 3+ years in customer-facing roles supporting complex B2B SaaS sales cycles.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms is required; experience with marketing automation and data-centric platforms is a strong plus.
- Proven track record of securing technical wins through clear alignment of business impact and validated customer buy-in.
- Native or fluent in Portuguese and English (both required).
