Senior Solutions Architect, MSP

THE ROLE

Everpure is building a global practice for Managed Service Providers from zero: The program, the proposition, and the wins that prove it out. As Senior Solutions Architect, MSP, you're the technical front line: helping define how Everpure goes to market with MSPs, then taking that straight to the field to win deals. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with MSP architects and their end customers, fluent in cost-per-tenant economics one minute and whiteboarding architecture the next. There's no playbook yet; you'll be building it and proving it, deal by deal.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own technical leadership of MSP opportunities end to end: discovery, solution design, sizing, competitive positioning, POCs and technical close.
• Define the end-to-end service architecture — multi-tenancy, automation, provisioning, operational model and integration into the MSP's existing stack.
• Model and influence the commercial construct: unit economics, cost per tenant, Evergreen//One and consumption models.
• Displace competitors in MSP environments and position the full platform — FlashArray, FlashBlade, Portworx and Everpure Data Intelligence.
• Build technical credibility with MSP architects, practice leads and CTOs, growing a population of partner-side technical champions.
• Feed real MSP requirements back into the global MSP programme and Product Management, contributing reusable IP — reference architectures, sizing guides, service blueprints — from live engagements.
• We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the London office in compliance with Pure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 5+ years in pre-sales, solutions architecture or technical leadership, with a demonstrable record of winning partner-led business.
• Direct experience with MSPs, with a real understanding of how they build, price, operate and sell a managed service.
• Credible at depth across modern data platform architecture: block, file and object, hybrid and cloud data services, Kubernetes and storage-as-a-service models.
• Commercial fluency — comfortable discussing consumption economics, TCO and margin with an MSP's finance and practice leadership.
• Outstanding written, diagrammatic and verbal communication, with the executive presence to move between a CTO conversation and a whiteboard session.
• Entrepreneurial and ambitious — comfortable building a practice rather than inheriting one.
