Senior Solutions Architect, AI Automation & Augmentation

About the Role

The Senior Solutions Architect is a highly skilled, professional and technical individual focused on supporting NiCE internal support organizations through AI-driven initiatives. This role partners closely with internal support leaders, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to map processes, identify high-value AI opportunities, and deliver scalable solutions that improve internal employee support outcomes.

You will help support teams use AI to augment or automate their work through AI agents, assistants, and workflow automations—using platforms such as n8n as a core part of the solution stack. You'll combine strong business operational knowledge with hands-on AI expertise, doing some development yourself while also enabling others to confidently use AI tools to solve their own problems.

• Partner with business stakeholders to map current workflows, identify ROI-backed opportunities (reduced effort, improved employee experience, measurable efficiency gains), and define future-state AI-enabled processes
