As a Recruiting Partner, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of the company by identifying, engaging, and hiring the people who will help us transform logistics, healthcare access, and autonomous delivery around the world.
In this role, you will partner closely with our Autonomy, Fullstack, and Marketplace software engineering teams, helping to build the technical talent that powers Zipline's autonomous flight systems, customer-facing software experiences, and marketplace platform. You'll work alongside engineering leaders to develop thoughtful hiring strategies, identify exceptional technical talent, and scale teams that are solving some of the most complex software challenges in the industry.
This is not a transactional recruiting role.
