The Role

You will take ownership of entire product surfaces from day one. Not tickets. Not components. Whole products. You will talk to customers, identify problems, design solutions, build them with AI tools, ship them, and iterate based on what you learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Own entire product surfaces end-to-end
• Talk to customers and identify problems
• Design and build solutions using AI tools
• Ship products and iterate based on customer feedback
• Integrate with custody providers, enterprise HR/payroll systems, and blockchain networks

Requirements

• Strong opinions about software usability and design
• Customer-first perspective with deep system architecture understanding
• Experience building with AI tools as core workflow
• Ability to direct AI agents and take full responsibility for shipped code
• Comfort with ambiguity and undefined problems
• Technical depth and product taste
