The Role
The New Customer Experience team is looking for a software engineer focused on improving the end-to-end experience for new customers adopting the Pantheon platform. Our team interfaces with almost every department at the company on one of the highest priority initiatives at Pantheon: completely revamping how customers discover, evaluate, onboard, and get value from our product. You will work on a variety of technologies, including Python services, our GraphQL gateway, authentication and authorization systems using Auth0, and infrastructure managed with Terraform on Google Cloud.

- Desire to build new features and push the capabilities of the product forward.
- Capacity to work carefully and meticulously, to ensure products are reliable and well tested, and deployments are stable.
- Good writing skills, to contribute to technical documentation.
- Ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
What You Bring to the Table
Experience
- 5-8+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Advanced proficiency in programming languages such as Python, GoLang, or JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS) and container orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes).
- Experience with RESTful and Graphql APIs
- Proven ability to independently solve problems and drive projects to completion.
- Experience with authentication and authorization systems, including Auth0.
