<p class="p1">SRS Acquiom is currently seeking a Senior Software Engineer and technology leader that will work with a dedicated, cross-functional Agile product team in a diverse, fast-paced environment.</p>

<p><strong>Location:</strong> This position is either hybrid out of our Denver, CO office or a fully remote position from within the Continental United States. </p>

<p><em>If the candidate selected lives <strong>within</strong> a 20-mile radius of our downtown Denver office, they will be classified as a hybrid employee and beginning September 8, 2026, working <u>one</u> day per week in office is expected. Beginning February 1, 2027, <u>two</u> days per week in the office will be expected. </em></p>

<p><em>If the candidate selected lives <strong>outside </strong>a 20-mile radius the Denver office, they will be classified as a fully remote employee and in-person onsite visits to the Denver headquarters will be required on average three times per year.</em><strong> </strong></p>

<p><strong>Compensation: </strong>The salary range for this position is between $145k and $160k, depending on experience level.</p>

<li>Experience in server-side software development, ideally TypeScript/Go/Vue</li>

<li>8+ years experience in software development </li>

<li>Experience using relational databases, ideally Postgres</li>

<li>Experience with asynchronous processing using message queues and background job workers</li>

<li>Third-party API integration experience (REST, OAuth, webhooks)</li>

<li>Experience with unit, integration, and performance testing, as well as API/database testing</li>

<li>Familiarity with static analysis, code quality, and security tooling, with an understanding of secure coding practices (e.g., OWASP Top 10), especially when handling sensitive or financial data</li>

<li>Experience with application monitoring, logging, and observability tooling</li>

<li>Experience with modern containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes, and the supporting infrastructure required to deploy, manage, and scale containerized applications</li>

<li>Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated build/deployment processes</li>

<li>Demonstrated mentoring and training experience</li>

<li>Strong documentation habits</li>

<li>Experience building complex web systems successfully delivered to customers</li>
