Responsibilities

• Feature development: Own features on web platforms
• New initiatives and products: Lead initiatives to add support for other blockchains to Phantom, and launch new complementary products or infrastructure
• Interfacing with users: Interface directly with end-users and developers building on Phantom – support them and collect feedback to inform product direction
• Team building: Work with the team to create and foster a culture of raising the bar with each new hire

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years full-time software engineering experience with some of the following technologies: React, Typescript, React-Query, Solana web3.js, ethers.js
• Demonstrated interest in open and community-driven platforms
• English language proficiency
