The Role

Senior Frontend Engineer obsessed with delivering exceptional UX quality — crisp visuals, smooth transitions, and intuitive flows — while staying pragmatic about shipping fast and iterating. You'll own core user experiences and help make Phantom feel world-class and trustworthy.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional UX quality with crisp visuals, smooth transitions, and intuitive flows
• Balance polish with shipping speed and rapid iteration
• Ensure reliability, testing, and performance across products
• Collaborate effectively with designers, PMs, and backend engineers
• Move from definition through delivery to quality ownership

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• Expertise in React + TypeScript, modular component design, and state management (Zustand / Redux)
• Experience with automated testing (Jest, Maestro, Detox)
• Performance tuning and error monitoring (Sentry, metrics)
• Strong UX collaboration skills with Design and PM teams
• Ownership mindset with ability to move from definition to delivery to quality
• Previous experience working in fintech or crypto environments
• Track record of shipping high-quality products in high-caliber software development organizations

Nice-to-Have

• 1+ years experience in a blockchain-based product
