About the Role

The Enterprise Resilience team is being formed to support the next era of growth by powering services that are reliable, scalable, and resilient by design. You'll help define the foundations of reliability at Vanta by shaping best practices, building core infrastructure, and guiding teams as they design services that perform consistently for customers.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with product engineering teams to build and operate robust distributed systems across all of Vanta's environments, including FedRAMP deployment
• Develop tools and frameworks that make it easier to detect and remediate issues
• Improve operational readiness and support feature development for large and complex enterprise customers
• Influence how every Vanta engineer builds, deploys, monitors, and maintains their services
• Guide teams in designing services for both commercial and regulated environments
