As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, Channel at Vanta, you will maintain, optimize, and scale our Salesforce infrastructure for channel partnerships. Our team leverages technology to streamline channel business processes, improve cross-functional collaboration, and provide insights that power smarter partner operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence through system configuration, process automation, and data integrity across channel operations
• Work closely with our Partner Relationship Management (PRM) tool
• Focus on partner attribution and performance tracking
• Align Salesforce architecture with channel business needs
• Lead key system enhancement projects
• Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and PRM platform
• Improve partner attribution tracking and deal registration processes
