About the role
Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Manager with 4-7 years of experience to join our growing team. You must have a strong background in crypto derivatives and the ability to navigate the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. You are comfortable in attending industry events, and proactively seeking new clients to generate new business opportunities. fluency in both English and Russian is a must, as you’ll be covering the Russian speaking markets, within the CSI regions.
The ideal candidate for his role is to be based in Europe. You will need to collaborate with the wider team who are based in Hong Kong & Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth in the crypto derivatives market.
- Proactively source, identify, and qualify new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients in the crypto space, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market changes to position the company effectively.
