We're looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Sales Engineer to support our Sales team through the entire pre-sales cycle. In this role, you'll act as the technical authority and trusted advisor for prospective customers, helping them understand how Hatch's AI platform solves their business challenges.
You'll lead technical discovery, deliver compelling product demonstrations, design high-level solution architectures, and guide customers through evaluations, pilots, and technical validation.
You'll work closely with Sales to align solutions to customer needs, remove technical friction from the buying process, and help close complex mid-market and enterprise deals.
This is a pre-sales role at the intersection of product, technology, and revenue. We're looking for someone who is comfortable engaging senior stakeholders, enjoys storytelling through demos, and knows how to balance technical depth with clear business value.
What You'll Do
- Partner closely with Account Executives as the technical expert throughout the sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise opportunities
- Lead technical discovery to understand customer requirements, workflows, data environments, and success criteria
- Deliver tailored product demos that clearly articulate Hatch's value proposition and differentiate us from competitors
- Design and present high-level solution architectures, including integrations and deployment considerations
- Support technical evaluation and validation processes
