Your Role

Required Qualifications

• Rust Expertise: Minimum 5 years of experience with expert-level proficiency in Ownership, Lifetimes, and Async-Rust (Tokio)
• Consulting Mindset: Ability to structure complex topics and present them confidently to decision-makers and groups; strong communication and technical credibility
• Results-Oriented: Quality over promises; code references or repositories required as proof
• Responsibility: Seeking a full-time challenge where you can make real impact; willingness to travel moderately to clients
