The Role
As a Senior Renewals Manager at Modern Health, you’ll own the strategy, negotiations, and execution of renewals for a portfolio of clients. You’ll partner closely with Client Management, Legal, and Finance to drive consistent, scalable processes that protect and grow ARR, while taking a unified approach to increasing revenue and mitigating risk.
You will be accountable for renewal outcomes end to end — from building win‑win strategies and leading contract negotiations to ensuring accurate, timely renewals.
