Senior Recruiter - Product & Design

About the Role

At Mercury, recruiting is about developing a point of view on talent: recognizing patterns, seeing beyond surface signals, and consistently raising the quality bar. Every PM and Designer hired shapes the products that hundreds of thousands of companies rely on. We're expanding our recruiting team and looking for Senior Recruiters to support our Product and Design organizations. You'll come with stronger footing in one discipline and genuine curiosity about both.

What You'll Do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across Product Management and Design roles, with deeper ownership in your area of strength
• Partner closely with Product and Design leaders to align on role scope, success profiles, and evaluation criteria
• Be a consistent voice for quality throughout the recruiting process
