Senior QA Automation & Performance Testing Engineer (Non-Functional Testing)

About the Project

We are looking for a Senior QA Automation & Performance Testing Engineer with multi-year experience in non-functional testing (with a strong focus on performance). In this role, you will define and implement a modern performance testing strategy and lead the team in delivering it across critical customer journeys.

Responsibilities

• Designing, implementing, and owning an end-to-end performance test strategy and roadmap
• Building and maintaining journey-based performance tests for key user flows and business-critical scenarios
• Defining performance benchmarks (SLAs/SLOs), run performance baselines, and provide actionable analysis and reporting
• Setting up and evolving monitoring/observability practices to support performance testing and diagnosis
• Integrating performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and continuous delivery processes
• Leading, guiding, and mentoring the team on modern performance engineering practices and tooling
• Collaborating with engineering, product, and other stakeholders to align on performance goals and drive adoption of the new approach
• Supporting the transition from the current team/approach by influencing change and ensuring continuity of delivery
