POSITION OVERVIEW
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive strategic business outcomes. This role partners closely with Product, Delivery, Operations, and Technology teams, and, in some cases, external vendors to ensure alignment, execution, and successful delivery of enterprise priorities—on time, within budget, and in accordance with strategic objectives. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, structured thinking, and the ability to influence across all levels of the organization. In addition, this role will support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities across all Operations units to ensure solutions meet business requirements and operational needs for system upgrades and releases.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, cross-functional projects from initiation through execution and closure
- Assist (Directors of Operations, Operations, Product, and Engineering teams) with the definition, design, and development of projects.
- Establish project governance, timelines, milestones, and success metrics (KPIs/OKRs)
