Senior Product UX Designer

Your scope

• You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Design to turn complex problems into simple, elegant, and usable solutions.
• You will contribute to product discovery, user flows, interaction design, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI, while ensuring that design decisions are consistent with our brand, design system, and technical constraints.
• You will be strengthening and evolving our design system, including tokens, components, layout rules, documentation, and scalable patterns.
• You should understand how design systems live across both Figma and code, and be comfortable collaborating with engineers on implementation details, component behavior, accessibility states, and front-end feasibility.
• We are also looking for someone fluent in AI-assisted design workflows. This means not only using AI tools, but knowing how to direct, evaluate, and refine their output with strong design judgment. Familiarity with tools such as Figma AI/MCP, Cursor, Claude, Codex, or similar AI coding and design workflows is a strong plus.
• You should be curious about how AI can accelerate design work while maintaining quality, brand consistency

What we look for

• You have at least 7 years experience designing polished interfaces for B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, data, analytics, developer tools, or BtoB technical products for at least
• You have a strong visual design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to explain design decisions clearly, including choices around typography, spacing, color, hierarchy, interaction states, and accessibility.
• You think in systems, not isolated screens. They know how to work with design tokens, reusable components, documentation, and product patterns at scale.
• You are collaborative, pragmatic, and able to balance user needs, business goals, brand fidelity, and technical constraints.
