Senior Product Marketing Manager (Wellness)

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our Wellness team at Brainstack, a Ukrainian multi-product IT company. You will work with a funnel that hundreds of thousands of users go through, influence large-scale advertising campaigns seen by millions, and implement bold initiatives that directly impact the business.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Experience independently running A/B tests from hypothesis to result analysis
• Strong understanding of CRO and web-to-web funnel logic
• Practical experience with monetization: offers, pricing, upsells, checkout flow
• Understanding of key metrics: CR, CPA, AOV, ARPU, LTV, Payback, rebill rate
• Experience with tools: Amplitude, Mixpanel, Hotjar, Clarity, GA4, Tableau or similar
• Ability to find insights in data and form new hypotheses

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and analyze A/B tests in web-to-web funnels
• Search for and prioritize hypotheses to grow CR, AOV, and billing metrics
• Work with monetization: pricing, offers, upsells, paywalls, checkout
• Analyze the user journey from funnel entry to purchase, identify drop-off points
• Evaluate test results using CR, ARPU, LTV, payback, and other unit economics metrics
• Daily monitoring of key metrics, finding insights and growth areas
• Set tasks for design, analytics, and development to launch new tests and mechanics
• Cross-functional work with marketing, product, analytics, design, and technical teams
• Ensure alignment between creative, funnel, offer, and actual user experience
• Analyze market, competitors, and new approaches to CRO and monetization
