Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market campaigns for new products and features, including target audience identification, creative brief development, brainstorm facilitation, creative direction, copywriting, and performance reporting
  • Define positioning, messaging, and creative by analyzing market trends and target audiences
  • Translate features and use cases into audience-specific benefits that clearly articulate the product's value proposition and differentiate it from competitors
  • Work with growth and design teams to develop marketing assets including videos, static assets, social posts, and blog posts to educate and engage users
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven adjustments
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, and leadership to ensure successful product launches and customer adoption
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities, projects, and processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience as a full-time Product or Content Marketer
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of successful marketing campaigns for products or services used by millions of users
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to convey product benefits effectively
  • Understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tactics
  • Creative thinking to develop innovative marketing strategies and content
  • Passion and demonstrable knowledge in web3 and crypto, with ideally semi-regular usage of dApps (DeFi, NFT marketplaces, etc.)
  • Data-driven mindset, comfortable interpreting data to generate insights and inform creative decisions
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
