Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive the development and growth of our AI-driven talent management solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for defining product strategy, managing the product roadmap, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative features that delight our enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and strategy for key areas of Ref's talent intelligence platform
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with business goals and market needs
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions
• Collaborate with UX design and engineering teams to define, prioritize, and deliver new features
• Create detailed product requirements and user stories, ensuring clear communication of product vision
• Work closely with data science teams to leverage AI and machine learning capabilities in product development
• Define and analyze key metrics to measure product performance and drive data-informed decisions
• Engage with enterprise customers to understand their needs and validate product concepts
• Present product plans and progress to executive leadership and stakeholders

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in B2B SaaS products
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling enterprise software products
• Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and their applications in HR tech
• Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Aha!)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with HR processes, talent management, and recruitment technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA or technical Master's degree preferred
