About the Role
The Personnel team at Vanta owns the foundational infrastructure that keeps customers' people data accurate, connected, and compliant — tracking employee lifecycle events, managing HR integrations, and ensuring the right people data flows into compliance processes at the right time.
Personnel is a critical AI-enabled compliance hub that underpins how we help customers achieve their compliance goals, expand into enterprise, and realize our system of records vision. As Senior Product Manager for Personnel, you'll own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for this product area and define how Vanta helps customers maintain an accurate system of record for people data and automate employee lifecycle processes.
