Senior Product Manager - Ledger

About the Role

Mercury's Ledger is a double-entry bookkeeping engine that records every financial event as balanced, auditable entries as money moves through Mercury's products and banking infrastructure. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own this platform across Mercury.

The Ledger team sits at the intersection of financial infrastructure, regulatory accountability, and org-wide platform adoption. This is a load-bearing platform role where decisions flow downstream to every payment rail at Mercury and have direct impact on regulatory and reporting obligations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Ledger roadmap and drive strategy and execution for Mercury's Double Entry Ledger (DEL)—the financial system of record
• Drive org-wide ledger adoption by partnering with payment rails teams to enable their flows on the ledger platform
• Ensure event-to-ledger integration is clean and well-designed
• Collaborate with engineers on event schemas and accounting design
• Work with stakeholders on regulatory and reporting obligations
