Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager, Growth to join our Commerce team. This is a senior individual contributor role with meaningful ownership, high visibility, and close partnership across Product, Product Design, Engineering, and Marketing. As the Senior Product Manager, Growth, you will own the top of funnel, global ouraring.com experience — from traffic landing through exploration and evaluation — with a charter to continually elevate the user experience while delivering against revenue and conversion goals. You will define and run a high‑velocity experimentation program, and ideate and ship user‑centric features. The ideal candidate has extensive international experience and knows how to tailor the DTC experience for individual markets.
What You Will Do
- Own the upper funnel, global DTC experience
- Own the upper-funnel global DTC experience across homepage, category pages, PDPs, education, campaigns, and exploratory flows.
- Define and execute a product roadmap that balances strong customer experiences with measurable impact on conversion, average order value, and revenue.
- Ideate and lead user‑centric innovation
- Identify, test, and ship AI-powered and personalized experiences that help site visitors understand Oura and choose the right offering.
- Partner with Data, ML, and Engineering to prototype and scale agentic and personalized experiences that improve both user satisfaction and revenue performance.
- Stay on top of emerging AI and experimentation tools, bringing forward pragmatic ideas that can be tested quickly and scaled globally.
- Translate complex Oura benefits into compelling reasons to buy
- Internalize Oura’s product portfolio (hardware, membership, software features) in order to create an inspirational site experience that drives conversion.
- Support ongoing Marketing campaigns by providing strategic direction on how to extend to site experiences.
- Use quantitative and qualitative insights to shape compelling buying experiences for different audiences, markets, and contexts.
- Think and execute globally
- Partner with several cross-functional teams to ensure experiences are localized and transcreated (not just translated) across key markets.
- Build scalable frameworks for localization, campaign launches, and content updates across key markets.
- Drive a rigorous experimentation and optimization program
- Lead a rigorous experimentation program and translate lessons learned into roadmap priorities and follow-on iterations.
- Develop and test hypotheses (rooted in data) to maintain a high velocity pipeline of A/B testing.
- Be the cross‑functional driver for growth initiatives
- Partner closely with Product Design, Engineering, and Marketing to deliver initiatives end-to-end – on time and within scope.
