Overview

We're hiring a Product Lead to own Alt's growth engine. That means the full seller submission funnel, buyer search and discovery, and the experimentation infrastructure that compounds both over time. You will ship product changes, define experiments, partner with Engineering and Data daily, and hold yourself accountable to outcomes — not outputs. You'll report directly to the CEO and work alongside a small, highly capable team that moves fast and expects the same. Alt is at an inflection point. We've built real pricing infrastructure — Alt Value — that no competitor can match. We have strong seller awareness and a compelling value proposition. What we need now is a PM who can turn that foundation into a compounding growth engine: closing funnel gaps, activating and reactivating our highest-value sellers, and building the discovery and search experiences that bring buyers back every week.
