(Senior) Product Manager, Futures backend

Responsibilities

• Set the product direction and roadmap for backend trading systems
• Improve core systems like order management, risk engines, pricing models, and settlement processes
• Work with engineering and quant teams to turn complex trading needs into technical solutions
• Lead the full product lifecycle from planning to release and ongoing/new feature launch
• Monitor backend performance and fix issues before they impact users
• Ensure systems comply with standards, regulations, and best practices

Requirements

• Open from junior to senior levels; product experience is not a must as long as you have experience working with trading systems
• Deep understanding of Financial products like Margin, Futures, Perpetual swaps, options etc.
• Technical or quantitative background (e.g., CS, Financial Engineering)
