The Role
As a Senior Product Manager on the Frameworks Experience team, you will be responsible for how customers discover, adopt, and implement compliance programs—and for the internal platform that powers it all at scale. You will own the product work that makes program adoption seamless and transparent, adopted programs ready-to-run and tailored to customer needs.
The Opportunity
The Frameworks Experience team is central to how Vanta scales its compliance offering. The vision is for every customer—regardless of size, industry, or maturity—to be able to find the right programs for their business, adopt them with opinionated guidance and automation as the default, and trust that the programs they rely on will evolve with them as their business and the regulatory landscape change. Compliance becomes clear, guided, and grounded in expertise encoded directly into the product.
About You
Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it. You will help redefine how compliance and security programs are designed, automated, and executed, especially with AI.
