Senior Product Manager

Role Description and Mission

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own our native provider Mobile Apps and GPS collection ecosystem in Swoop, a core pillar of Agero's roadside assistance platform. You will lead the vision for how we build intuitive mobile experiences and collect high-quality, real-time location data from service providers, ensuring optimal outcomes for speed, transparency, and operational efficiency.

This is a high-impact, high-stakes role that directly influences customer experience, client SLAs, the performance of our dispatch engine, and the day-to-day frontline experience of our provider network. We need a passionate, strategic product leader who is driven by impact, comfortable working at the intersection of mobile product development, telematics/location data, and real-time systems, and exceptional at aligning stakeholders to deliver high-performance products.

• Improve GPS collection and quality to power downstream features that optimize customer, provider, and client outcomes.
• Elevate the provider experience with a Mobile App that simplifies workflows and makes doing service with Agero fundamentally easier for our providers.
• Drive sustainable profitability for Agero by balancing service quality with business efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead a high-performing squad to consistently deliver projects that drive measurable business impact.
