Role Overview
As a Senior Product Manager for Access Management at Vanta, you'll own a critical part of our business—building workflows that help customers automate employee onboarding, offboarding, and access reviews at scale.
The Access Management team enables companies to manage identity governance challenges that grow exponentially as they scale. We're building capabilities that help customers eliminate manual processes, reduce security risks, and maintain compliance across complex access structures. This product area is strategic to Vanta's growth, starting with our significant downmarket opportunity and scaling into upmarket and enterprise segments over time.
In this role, you'll act like a general manager for Access Management while staying deeply technical. You'll shape the product strategy, drive revenue growth by scaling the product across customer segments, and identify opportunities to differentiate through AI-powered automation. You'll have the autonomy to refine how we accelerate growth and expand this product area over the next few years.
