Senior Product Designer, Agent Experience

Accountabilities:

• • Lead product design initiatives focused on agent experiences, helping define how AI-powered agents interact with users and support their goals.
  • Translate complex product and technical concepts into clear, intuitive, and scalable user experiences.
  • Contribute to product strategy and direction by identifying user needs, exploring opportunities, and developing design solutions that balance usability, business objectives, and emerging AI capabilities.
  • Drive design work from early-stage discovery and exploration through prototyping, refinement, and delivery.
  • Partner closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other cross-functional stakeholders to develop and launch high-quality experiences.
  • Establish thoughtful interaction patterns for agent-based workflows, ensuring experiences are understandable, useful, and effective.
  • Communicate design rationale, concepts, and decisions clearly to stakeholders and help create alignment across teams.
  • Contribute to a strong product design practice through collaboration, feedback, and a high standard of craft and execution.

  Requirements:

  • Significant professional experience in product design, with a strong track record of designing sophisticated digital products and experiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex design projects independently while contributing to broader product strategy.
  • Strong product thinking and the ability to connect user needs, business objectives, technical constraints, and design opportunities.
  • Experience designing intuitive workflows and interaction models for complex or emerging technologies; experience with AI, automation, or agent-based products is highly relevant.
  • Strong skills in interaction design, user experience, prototyping, and visual design, with a portfolio demonstrating high-quality product work.
  • Ability to work effectively with product, engineering, research, and other cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and influence stakeholders.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous and evolving problem spaces, with curiosity and adaptability toward new technologies and product paradigms.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering thoughtful, polished, and user-centered experiences.
